The bedroom are confortable, and it’s a calm enviroment.
Only two towels in one room from three people, you didn’t have a phone to contact service from the lobby in the room and you have no parking.

The room are very clean.
The door never open with the electronic key. The staff never fix the problem with the keys. We went from a wedding at 1am and we have to wait until somebody open the door.

That resolve my emergency at the time. However, staff should be trained or made aware of the busy rooms. We were getting dressed and somebody just opened the door without even knocking first. Unacceptable.
